The location of the hotel was good, being in close proximity to the town center while still being peaceful. the room was adequately sized with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast was good and the staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or pool which would have been a nice addition.

The hotel offered a variety of delicious baked goods, from Blackforest gateaux to homemade chocolate. The warm welcome we received upon our arrival set the tone for our stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, going the extra mile to accommodate one of our party members with mobility issues. the hotel’s prime location made it easy to access city attractions.
The bed was a bit noisy, which caused some disturbance when one of us rolled around. Although breakfast had a good selection of baked goods, we were expecting more from a bakery, like little samples from the cafe/bakery.

The coffee wasn't too bad, and the croissants were crispy. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to hiking trails and pretty towns. Plus, the bed was quite comfy.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. There was no information available about the area or things to do nearby, and the room was quite small and outdated. the experience was disappointing and lacking in hospitality.
